Es gibt etliche Zeugen der baukulturellen Bedeutung von Kalk in Form von Kalköfen, welche jedoch vom Zerfall bedroht sind. Wir möchten solche Herstellungstätten mit minimalen Eingriffen davor schützen, engültig zu verschwinden.
-CHALCHERAS BEI LENZ
Die Gemeinde Lenz hat vor im Jahr 2023 Kalköfen bei Lenz Instandzuhalten und mit Infotafeln für die besondere Bedeutung für die Baukultur des Dorfes zu sensibilisieren.
-KALKOFEN BEI GUARDA
Die Gemeinde Scuol hat im Jahr 2023 den Kalkofen an der Strasse nach Guarda in der Nähe des Bahnhofs von Joannes Wetzel, Kalkkunst GmbH restaurieren lassen mit dem von kalkwerk gebrannten Kalk.
